Privacy Practices & Login Security
We collect and process personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and social login identifiers solely for account authentication and login purposes. This information is never stored permanently on our servers.
Temporary data — such as OTP codes — may be securely stored in encrypted short-term memory for no longer than 5 minutes, after which it is automatically deleted.
We only store non-personal identifiers, such as customer IDs, on our servers when needed to maintain session context or process requests securely.
All long-term customer data, including profiles, orders, and preferences, is stored securely on our Shopify platform.
We also use trusted third-party services to support essential functionality:
- "Firebase & OneSignal for push notifications"
- "Meta (WhatsApp Business API) for WhatsApp-based login and messages"
- "Firebase for phone OTP verification"
- "Zoho Mail for sending OTP emails"
Please note: if you choose to log in using OTP, your password may be reset automatically as part of the verification process. The new password is securely encrypted and used only to complete the login. We do not store passwords on our servers — not even in encrypted form. If you prefer to use a traditional password login, you may request a password change at any time.
These third-party providers may process limited user data strictly for the purpose of delivering their services. We do not sell or share your personal data beyond what is necessary for secure login, communication, and account access.
Push Notifications
We may send push notifications to your device to share updates related to your account, orders, or product availability. These notifications are optional and can be managed through your mobile device settings or within the app. Users can enable or disable specific types of alerts, including back-in-stock notifications, promotions, or general updates.

To ensure compliance, we use AgeChecker.net to perform identity and age verification either during or after checkout, prior to fulfilling any orders.
