Refund policy

Return Overview

At WeSmoke.com, we generally do not accept returns (please read below for more details). However, this does not mean you are ineligible for a replacement or refund. Most issues can be resolved without needing to return anything.

The only instances where a return may be requested are if you received the wrong item or an item you do not like (e.g., incorrect size or color). In such cases, the item must be returned unused.

Specific Item Return Policy

Cigars: Cigars are not returnable after one day from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for inspecting cigars immediately upon delivery.

Vape Devices: Vape devices may only be reported as defective within one day of delivery. If the device is functioning properly after the first day, it is not eligible for return or replacement.

Consumables and Personal Use Items: E-liquids, vape juice, hookah tobacco, cigars, and other consumable products are not returnable once opened. Personal use items that come into direct contact with the mouth, including mouthpieces and drip tips, are not returnable once used.

Final Sale and Custom Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance items, and custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization

Please do not return anything to WeSmoke.com without first contacting sales@wesmoke.com. Any return sent without an authorized RA number will be disposed of, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Broken or Used Items

If your item is broken, we kindly ask that you dispose of it safely in the trash. Please do NOT return broken items to us.

If your item has been used, even minimally, please do NOT return it to us. Even if thoroughly cleaned, returning used items poses risks. Additionally, it is illegal to ship items containing any drug residue.

Restocking Fee for ID Verification Failure

If an order is returned to us because the shipping carrier was unable to verify an Adult Signature and valid government issued ID at delivery, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Replacement shipments will only be issued after the original package has been received and processed. WeSmoke.com is not responsible for covering the cost of reshipping returned packages.
