Where does WeSmoke.com ship?
WeSmoke.com currently ships within the United States only, including the lower 48 states.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Canada
- International destinations
Note on Vape and Vape Juice Compliance:
Due to state regulations, WeSmoke.com is unable to ship vape products or vape juice to certain states. Currently, these items cannot be shipped to the following locations:
- California
- Texas
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Vermont
- Utah
- Georgia
These restrictions are subject to change based on applicable state laws and regulatory requirements.
Hookah Tobacco Shipping Restrictions:
Due to state and local regulations, WeSmoke.com is unable to ship hookah tobacco to certain states. At this time, hookah tobacco products cannot be shipped to the following locations:
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Maine
- Maryland
- Rhode Island
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Vermont
- Washington
These restrictions apply specifically to hookah tobacco products and are subject to change based on evolving state laws and regulatory requirements.
What shipping options are available?
Shipping options and delivery speeds are displayed at checkout based on your location and order contents, allowing you to choose the option that works best for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 before tax. Free shipping eligibility may vary depending on order contents and destination.
Please note that orders containing age restricted products, including cigars, hookah tobacco, vape disposables, or e-juice, require an Adult Signature and valid government issued ID at delivery. This service may include a small additional fee at checkout to comply with state laws and carrier requirements.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
While many orders ship within 1 business day, we allow up to 3 business days to account for high order volume, holidays, or inventory verification.
Please note:
Processing time refers to how long it takes for WeSmoke.com to prepare and hand your order off to the shipping carrier. Transit time, which is how long the carrier takes to deliver the package, is not included and varies by location.
Adult Signature and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because the carrier was unable to obtain an Adult Signature and valid government issued ID, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Replacement shipments will only be issued after the original package has been received and processed at our facility. WeSmoke.com is not responsible for covering the cost of reshipping returned packages.
Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Address Accuracy
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, WeSmoke.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or not successfully delivered.
While we may assist when possible, customers must report any shipping issues or discrepancies within 48 hours of the most recent tracking update.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, WeSmoke.com cannot be held liable for the package.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. WeSmoke.com is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property and common delivery areas
- Ask neighbors if the package may have been delivered to them
- Review any available door or security camera footage
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact sales@wesmoke.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to assist where possible.
